Is the information on Ready To Travel accurate?

How can I edit my friends’ permissions or remove friends from My Trip?

Under “My Trip”, tap on the three dots beside each invited traveller to change their permissions or remove them from your Trip.

Can my friends edit My Trip’s itinerary?

You can customise whether friends can edit your itinerary or simply view it. Administrators of your trip can edit the itinerary, while invited Travellers can only view your itinerary.

How many friends can I invite into My Trip?

You can invite as many friends as you like!

How do I invite friends to join My Trip on Ready To Travel?

On your trip page, tap the “+” or “Add friends” button.

Can I change or cancel my product bookings?

For Ready To Travel’s product return and cancellation policy, please read the Terms and Conditions of products here.

Can I change or cancel my flight bookings via Ready To Travel?

Ready To Travel doesn’t support this function as the app is not integrated with any airline booking system. You might want to approach your airline or booking agent to change or cancel your flight.

What are MFA alerts and why should I subscribe?

Ready To Travel will keep you updated with important first-hand updates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on the country you’re heading for.

Simply tap the MFA prompt under “My Trips” to register. Upon registration, MFA alerts can be accessed in “Travel Alerts” on your menu bar.

This service is available to all Singaporean or Permanent Resident users. You can confirm your nationality under “Edit Profile”.

I have a transit flight. Where do I add my transit details?

You’ll find the option to add a transit flight after you’ve created a trip. Simply tap “Edit trip” to add a transit flight.

On your trip page, tap the top-right icon and select “Edit trip details”. You can add your transit details in the relevant fields!

How can I edit my flight details?

On your trip page, tap the top-right icon and select “Edit trip details”. Some fields that may not apply to you can be left blank.

I have emailed my flight itinerary – what’s next?

Great! Look out for our confirmation email, and your details will be added to your trip shortly. Remember to check your junk folder and mark us as a trusted sender!

How do I add a trip?

Tap the “+” icon on the top-right corner of your screen. You can add a trip manually by following the step-by-step instructions, scanning your boarding pass barcode, or email your flight confirmation to the ReadyToTravel Team at trip@readytotravel.com.
