ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
In addition to Ready To Travel (“RTT”)’s general terms and conditions governing the use of RTT’s website and mobile application(s) available on readytotravel.com/TermsandConditions (“RTT’s Standard Terms and Conditions”), the following additional terms and conditions shall apply for the specific products and services mentioned below.
RTT hereby reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
The products and services which may be purchased or subscribed are as follows:-
A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR READYWIFI
1.1 ReadyWiFi allows you to use wireless communications services outside Singapore, using a wireless communications device that RTT rents to you along with other equipment such as user guides, charging cable(s) and other accessories that RTT provides as it deems necessary (collectively, “ReadyWiFi Equipment”).
1.2 To use ReadyWiFi, you are required to (i) rent the ReadyWiFi Equipment; (ii) register for ReadyWiFi, providing your personal details, including your full name, identification number, address, billing and contact information and specifying the period of use as well as the countries where you will be using ReadyWiFi; (iii) reserve the ReadyWiFi Equipment; (iv) pay for ReadyWiFi, including the applicable deposits; (v) take delivery of the ReadyWiFi Equipment; and (vi) after use, return the ReadyWiFi Equipment in good condition.
2. Cancellation and Amendment Charges
2.1. Cancellation and amendment charges, and the charges for loss or damage to the ReadyWiFi Equipment are as follows:

2.2 Fair Usage Policy
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) refers to a set of policies implemented by the local Internet Service Providers (ISP), in accordance with prevailing business practices in their area of operations. In some countries, FUP may limit the transfer of a specific amount of data over a certain period of time. Local ISPs usually apply a limit on the amount of data available for use. When an individual user exceeds the imposed limits on data within a specific period of time, slowdown of connection speed or connection deactivation may occur, depending on the policy rules imposed by the ISP. You acknowledge and accept such possibilities, and shall not hold RTT liable for any slowdown or issues relating to FUP that affect the performance of the ReadyWiFi Equipment or your ReadyWiFi experience.
3.1. Use of ReadyWiFi and/or the ReadyWiFi Equipment may be terminated and/or deactivated without notice by RTT and without any obligation to refund any portion of the charges paid for ReadyWiFi and the ReadyWiFi Equipment if:
• RTT has any reason to believe that the ReadyWiFi Equipment has been used other than in accordance with these terms and conditions and RTT’s Standard Terms and Conditions;
• RTT has any reason to believe that any parts on the ReadyWiFi Equipment have been tampered with;
• RTT has any reason to believe that the ReadyWiFi Equipment is or may be used for any illegal or improper purposes, or in violation of any applicable laws;
• RTT detects a breach of any of the terms and conditions including payment terms; or
• RTT detects unusually high ReadyWiFi data usage, or in the event of possible theft or fraud.
3.2. RTT may at any time terminate ReadyWiFi when it is no longer generally available, without having to refund any portion of the charges paid for ReadyWiFi and the ReadyWiFi Equipment.
4. ANNEX A
Annex A sets out other applicable terms and conditions for your use of ReadyWiFi and the ReadyWiFi Equipment and the following terms in Annex A shall be applicable and binding on you:-
• Delivery, Collection and Return of Equipment
• Security Deposit
• Use of Equipment
• Support and Refund
B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR READYEXPERIENCE
1.1 ReadyExperience is an RTT online service that enables users to research, find and book travel experiences. RTT offers a variety of tours, tickets and services (collectively, “ReadyExperience Products”) that RTT’s partners or third party operators (collectively, “ReadyExperience Providers”) provide.
2. ReadyExperience Products
2.1 ReadyExperience Products are provided by the ReadyExperience Providers. RTT does not make any representations or warranties about the ReadyExperience Products as each ReadyExperience Provider is solely responsible for their own products. The Providers are independent contractors. Each ReadyExperience Product is governed by its applicable product policies imposed by the respective ReadyExperience Provider. A ReadyExperience Product may only be used according to its product policy. The ReadyExperience Providers reserve the right to change their product policy without notice. For a ReadyExperience Product with a specific date of use, that ReadyExperience Product may only be used on the specified date, and there will be no refunds if you are unable to use the ReadyExperience Product on the specified date.
3. Product Cancellation Policy and Refunds
3.1 The ReadyExperience Providers are free to determine their own cancellation policy as well as the governing terms and conditions for their ReadyExperience Product. You accept the ReadyExperience Provider’s cancellation policy as well as their terms and conditions when you purchase their ReadyExperience Product.
3.2 You may contact RTT Customer Service Team to assist you with any refund of the cost of the ReadyExperience Product. All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of any agreement between you and the ReadyExperience Providers. RTT bears no responsibility for any such refunds. If the refund is successful and if approved by the ReadyExperience Provider, the refund will be made by RTT to the credit card used to pay for the ReadyExperience Product.
3.3 You may contact RTT Ambassador for any cancellation within the permissible cancellation period stated for the ReadyExperience Product. Cancellation period varies for each ReadyExperience Product. If cancellation is successful and if approved by the ReadyExperience Provider, the refund will be made by RTT to the credit card used to pay for the ReadyExperience Product. RTT bears no responsibility for any such refunds.
4.1 RTT reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the offer of any ReadyExperience Product or booking at any time, at its sole discretion.
C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR READYLOUNGE
1.1 ReadyLounge is an RTT online service that enables users to find and book lounge services (“Lounge Services”) from lounge service providers (“Lounge Providers“). Lounge Providers are third party independent contractors, and are solely responsible for providing the Lounge Services.
1.2 By purchasing the lounge services through RTT:
• You agree that all disputes and claims regarding Lounge Services must be settled directly with the Lounge Provider and RTT shall not be liable for any claims, loss, expense, or damage relating to such disputes.
2. Lounge Facilities and Uses
2.1 “Lounge Facilities” refers to the provision of a waiting area in airside or landside area of an airport with seating and refreshment facilities such as: (a) hot showers facilities and associated amenities; (b) food and beverages; (c) use of computers to access the internet; (d) DVD / VCD movie viewing (at selected locations only); (e) selection of local / international magazines and newspapers; (f) power and internet connection for travellers’ with laptop computers; (g) mobile / laptop battery recharging facilities; (h) telephone for local calls, (i) flight information and/or related additional services. Facilities at different locations may vary, as provided by the Lounge Providers, and a Lounge Facility may not have all the facilities mentioned above.
2.2 Access to and use of Lounge Facilities is subject to the access and use policies of the respective Lounge Providers. All purchases for Lounge Services are non-transferable and are only valid for the date and period specified, for one visit by one person only.
2.3 Admission to Lounge Facilities requires you to produce your email confirmation, your valid flight ticket or boarding pass and travel documents.
2.4 Participating lounges have no obligation to announce flights and you accept that RTT shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss should you fail to board your flight(s). It is your responsibility to check the relevant entry requirements for any country being visited and to have the correct travel documentation for the journey.
2.5 You are solely responsible for your belongings at the Lounge Facilities. RTT shall not have any liability or responsibility to you for damage or loss of your belongings.
3.1 A cancellation charge of S$15 per person is chargeable if you cancel your Lounge Services booking up to 6 hours in advance. No refunds shall be allowed for no shows or cancellations that are not done with a 6 hour advance notification.
4.1 RTT reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the offer of any Lounge Service at any time, at its discretion.
E. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR READYTOINSURE
1.1. ReadyToInsure is an RTT online service that enables users to find and book travel insurance plans (“Travel Insurance”) from third party insurers (“Insurers“).
1.3. Insurers may offer their Travel Insurance through RTT. Travel Insurance are provided by insurers licensed in Singapore. RTT is not an underwriter. When you buy Travel Insurance through RTT, you authorise RTT to submit the necessary applications on your behalf, agree to pay all premiums due for the insurance you purchase, acknowledge that the terms of the insurers apply to your purchase, and shall not hold RTT liable for any loss, claims, expenses or damage that you may incur.
1.4. The Travel Insurance is underwritten by AXA Insurance Pte Ltd (“AXA”). The information featured is published for general information only and is not a contract of insurance. The precise terms and conditions of the plan are specified in the policy contract. A product summary for the insurance plan is available at AXA’s website and the participating distributors’ offices. You should read the product summary before deciding whether to purchase the plan.
1.5. The insurance plans featured may be protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme, which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for such plans are automatic and no further action is required from you should you buy the plan.
1.6. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please visit AXA’s website at www.axa.com.sg or visit the LIA, GIA or SDIC websites (www.lia.org.sg, www.gia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
1. Delivery, Collection and Return of Equipment
1.1 You may opt to have RTT deliver the ReadyWiFi Equipment / ReadyLocate Equipment (“Equipment”) to you or collect the Equipment each time you order ReadyWiFi / ReadyLocate (“Service”).
1.2 RTT and its delivery agent require your original identification document (such as your identity card, passport, employment pass, work permit and/or other documentation acceptable to RTT at its sole discretion (“OID”) used during your registration process to effect delivery or collection. If you are unable to accept delivery and collect the Equipment personally, you may authorise someone older than fifteen (15) years of age to accept delivery or collect the Equipment on your behalf using the Authorisation Letter available at readytotravel.com/AuthorisationLetter (“Authorisation Letter”). Your authorised representative must present (i) his or her OID; (ii) a copy of your OID; and (iii) the Authorisation Letter duly completed and signed by you to collect the Product on your behalf.
1.3 For delivery and collection of the Equipment:
1.3.1 You must have properly registered and paid for the Service, including any required deposits.
1.3.2 You must first reserve the Equipment before 2359hrs, four (4) days prior to the date of departure. (Example: If departure is on 30th, the last day to reserve is 25th by 2359hrs).
1.3.3 RTT’s delivery agent will attempt to contact you through the contact information provided by you to arrange for delivery / collection dates and time. If RTT’s delivery agent is unable to contact you after two (2) attempts, your order will be deemed cancelled, cancellation charges will apply, and you agree to pay for all applicable cancellation charges.
1.3.4 After RTT’s delivery agent’s confirmation of your delivery instructions, the Equipment shall be delivered to the address provided by you at the time of registration, at the appointed date and time, barring circumstances beyond RTT or RTT’s delivery agent’s control which makes such delivery impracticable, for which RTT shall not incur any liability. If you have previously used the Service, it is your responsibility to keep your delivery address updated. RTT shall not be responsible if delivery is not made because of false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by you, or if you are not available to accept delivery at the appointed time, or if delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond the control of RTT or RTT’s delivery agent.
1.3.5 If you are not available to take delivery or collection, RTT may leave a notice of attempted delivery together with advice for making arrangements for another attempt at delivery or collection. If, after exercising reasonable efforts to deliver the Equipment to you, you are still unavailable or do not otherwise take delivery of or collect the Equipment, RTT may charge you for all reasonable fees and charges incurred and you agree to pay for such charges.
1.3.6 Delivery or collection charges of S$35 will apply for delivery or collection outside of standard delivery or collection hours. Standard delivery or collection hours refers to Monday to Saturday, 1000hrs to 1900hrs, excluding Sunday and Public Holidays.
1.3.7 You shall examine and test the Equipment at the point of delivery, collection and handover by RTT’s appointed agent, and notify the agent immediately at the time of receipt if the Equipment is not in good working condition.
1.4 You shall return the Equipment to RTT, at the end of the Rental Period, in good working order and in good condition, save for reasonable wear and tear. Equipment must be returned within three (3) days after your return arrival to Singapore, failing which the Equipment will be deemed lost and you will be charged for the loss. “Rental Period” refers to the number of days between the date of departure and the date of arrival back to Singapore as stated on the Equipment reservation.
1.5 If you opt to collect the Equipment, you may do so from Monday to Saturday, 1000hrs to 1900hrs, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays, subject to any other arrangements with RTT’s delivery agent.
1.6 If RTT, at any point of time after the Equipment has been returned, discovers damage to and/or missing components in the Equipment, RTT may charge you for the repairs and replacement, and you agree to accept such charges.
2. Use of Equipment
2.1 You shall not:
2.1.1 use the Equipment in any country that is not listed in your order;
2.1.2 use the Equipment for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or allow any third party to use the Equipment;
2.1.3 use the Equipment in any manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
2.1.4 track the location of or collect personal identifiable information from any person without their express written consent;
2.1.5 intercept or “sniff” the communications between the Equipment and mobile devices or reverse engineer the third party providers’ technology or the communications protocols used by the Equipment;
2.1.5 repair or modify the Equipment, or attempt to reverse engineer the Equipment;
2.1.6 remove or interfere with any certification markers affixed onto the Equipment;
2.1.7 deface or add to the Equipment;
2.1.8 use the Equipment for any illegal or unlawful purposes or contrary to any laws of Singapore or the country you are at; or
2.1.9 attempt to dispose of the Equipment, or encumber or grant any interest in the Equipment to any third party.
2.2 RTT does not guarantee that the Equipment shall feature or is otherwise compatible with the use of Voice over IP (VoIP) applications such as, but not limited to Skype, and Google Voice.
3. Support and Refund
3.1 You may contact RTT Customer Service Team for assistance with the Equipment and Service. RTT will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist in troubleshooting or replacing the Equipment in Singapore (if the fault is due to defects in the Equipment other than defects caused by you or your non-compliant use), as soon as possible after you notify RTT of the problem. RTT reserves the right and sole discretion to authorise any form of refund or discount or replacement.
3.2 RTT will not be liable for any service or technical failure of the local telecommunications providers or for causes beyond the reasonable control of RTT.
3.3 In the event that the Equipment reported to be faulty is found to be in working order, the Customer shall pay the collection and delivery cost incurred to service the Equipment, in addition to any handling charges that is applicable.
4. Security Deposit
4.1 RTT requires a security deposit of S$150 at the time of reservation for the Equipment Rental Period. This security deposit is made by way of an authorization hold of this amount on a valid credit card you provide when you order the Service.
4.2 The security deposit will be released when the Equipment is returned to RTT in good working order and condition and there are no outstanding charges due from you. RTT will release the security deposit secured to the same credit card used to provide the deposit.
5.1 The Equipment shall remain the property of RTT at all times.
